Working with energy is a very easy way to bring balance back into our physical bodies. Many at this time are experiences, a slump in and blocks within their energetic bodies. It is important to tune into this and see if you can feel where these blocks may be. Within our 7 main chakras, if there is dysfunction in one this affects the entire system. Deep belly breathing is the easiest way to tune into this and help to get energy flowing again. Many of the blocks that people are experiencing at this time are within the Solar Plexus (power) and Sacral (emotions) chakras. Blocks in these areas may manifest as issues with digestion and low back and hip pain. These manifestations are simply guiding us to the areas in our lives that are in need of healing.

a beautiful girl is seated beneath a perfect full moon, unable to sleep. she wraps her arms around the wolf, her companion. if you look closely , you will see she has a tattoo of a wolfs footprint. she is one of the clan...she is different in form, though she is one of their own. the wolf is being held by the small girl...they are not the same, but they are kin, and one is changing, which requires courage and commitment, and flourishes best when protected. the girl may be about to turn, change form, or she may be holding one who is about to change. you are always in this process of transformation and when you have a guardian, you will be supported through your shifts into many selves. the lunar aspect of this card is protective, the moons fullness suggests a high tide of power, and this is traditionally the time of great change and metamorphosis. this is a time when the tender can cradle the fierce, and in which your true, wild self and instinctual knowledge can be heard and acted upon. the energy of this card will also help you feel safe and strong when you sleep. call on this being before sleeping or travelling , or when you feel you are about to journey into hostile or uncertain territory.
